Generally, the carriage of pets' is allowed for a small fee. Whether your pet stays in the vehicle or in specific pets' area, depends upon the distance and type of crossing. If pets' are permitted for your booking, we will inform you as to where your pet will reside for the crossing.

Normally, advance booking is a good method of ensuring a cheaper fare, as prices tend to rise when space becomes more occupied. However, crossings around popular times, including school/national holidays, are routinely booked up early, so avoiding these times will be more cost-effective.

No. Upon booking, you will receive an email booking confirmation. This will either be exchanged for tickets or boarding passes at the port or in some cases, used to board the ferry. Please always take your email booking confirmation to the port.
We send your confirmation email as soon as the booking is confirmed. Sometimes this can go into your junk/spam folder so please check there. If it is not there then please contact us.

Generally, your ticket is usable only for your specific, booked crossing. Therefore, if you intend to take a route with multiple daily crossing and you need more flexibility, please contact us to arrange a more flexible ticket.
Please contact us for advice. We may be able to amend your booking to an alternative sailing. However, if such a situation arrises outside of our office hours or you are travelling on a route where there are numerous daily crossings, it is advisable to proceed to the port to ascertain whether the ferry operator will allow a change to an alternative sailing.
For travel on a domestic service within your passport-issued country, a valid ID card will suffice. For travel on an international service or travel not within your passport-issued country, a passport is necessary.
A valid driving licence and vehicle registration and insurance certificate are necessary requirements. Furthermore, prior to travel, please check and be compliant with the specific regulations relevant to the country/countries you are visiting.
